Following deliberation and voting in our BOD-Group as required by Article 5.3 of our Articles of Association, I am writing to inform you that our Annual General Assembly will be held on August 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM CEST.
Meeting Format: Online (hybrid with physical backup location per Belgian law)

This GA will address significant amendments to our Articles of Association designed to streamline and simplify EAIF's legal processes. You will receive detailed proposals for these statute amendments within the next few days.
Please find the preliminary agenda send via email. Note that this agenda may still change before the official invitation is sent.
